SLB Logistics is a new company that removes all the worries that deter SME’s and some large companies from taking on apprentices. SLB Logistics will employ the apprentices direct and will work with you to match the appropriate candidate with your business needs, paying them a weekly allowance. We are looking for employers in London and the surrounding areas that are willing to commit to a 9 month placement, the time it will
take for an apprentice to complete their qualification. This is a flexible and demand-led approach which means you, the host business, can hand back the apprentice to SLB Logistics with just four week’s notice if circumstances change. SLB Logistics is an Apprenticeship Training Agency or ATA, based on the highly successful Australian model that is now being promoted by the UK Government. It is run by South London Business and operates across London. There were no recruitment costs and no extra admin involved. The ideal candidate is matched to your requirements. SLB Logistics will arrange and monitor the apprentice’s NVQ training. All you have to do is to provide the placement, and give the apprentice work. All for just £114 per apprentice per week.
